How much does it cost to book an event?
The cost varies based on the artist that is booked and the location of the event. We will work with any budget and can help secure entertainment for events throughout the USA. We have worked with budgets of $500 all the way to $250,000, so call us to find out what ideas we can offer for your specific event. |
Can I really get a well-known artist for my event?
If the budget is right, absolutely! We have the contacts to get in touch with any artists of any genre and era. Through those relationships, we can usually help our clients secure the best price possible. |
Does Envision charge a booking fee?
Envision gets paid by the entertainment we book. We are paid by the artist or artist’s agency for bringing them the work. Because those acts want us to constantly bring them more shows, they offer us the best prices possible. This allows us to actually SAVE OUR CLIENTS MONEY!! |
How far in advance do I need to book entertainment for my event?
Depending on the size of the event or the popularity of the entertainment, this varies greatly. We can work with you whether you have a year to plan or a week. We advise our clients to leave as much time as possible (especially when attempting to book larger acts) because calendars can fill up far in advance. |
Will Envision help me select a venue and provide other planning services for my event?
We do offer additional Event planning services for a fee. We can help you plan all aspects of an event if you would prefer to not have the headache. We can help arrange almost any aspect of your event that you would like us to. |

Envision has a roster of bands that we work with on a regular basis, and will continue to work with. We also maintain contact with thousands of bands that we have great relationships with and to whom we bring occasional bookings. This makes our roster limitless, as we have the ability and knowledge to help you book any entertainment out there! |
